A former cocaine dealer who is a nephew of Dallas Cowboys Hall of Famer and University of Pittsburgh Heisman Trophy winner Tony Dorsett had his 30-year sentence reduced Wednesday to time served.

The sentence imposed on Anthony A. Dorsett, 37, of Aliquippa, was reduced by U.S. District Judge Alan N. Bloch 51⁄2 years after the charges were brought, meaning that more than two decades was shaved from the prison term. Federal court documents regarding the reduction were sealed.

Anthony Dorsett has, however, publicly cooperated with law enforcement against some of his former co-conspirators, including in the case against the killers of Jordan Cain, 20, who was shot in Aliquippa in 2006.
