FOR CHILDREN

McDonald -- The Washington County Planning Commission, in cooperation with the McDonald Area Redevelopment Association, will sponsor a luminaria-lit walk at 7 p.m. Friday, beginning at the McDonald Trail Station and Meeting House, 161 S. FOR TEENS

Moon -- The Moon Township Public Library, suite 100, 1700 Beaver Grade Road, will hold a Dead After Dark party at 7 p.m. Saturday. Included will be glow-in-dark paint stations, Zombie makeup lessons and food. Registration: 412-269-0334.

MEETINGS

Moon -- Pittsburgh Airport Area Chamber of Commerce will host a panel discussion on "Sustainability in the Airport Corridor" from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Nov. 1 at the Sheraton Pittsburgh Airport Hotel, 1160 Thorn Run Road, as part of its 2013 Breakfast Briefing Series. Guest speakers include Katherine Fredriksen of Consol Energy, Shema Krinsky of The Mall at Robinson, Mario Leone Jr. of Monaca and Rick Minsterman of Gateway Engineers. Cost: $45, $30 for members. Moon -- The Pittsburgh Airport Area and Beaver County chambers of commerce will host a progressive luncheon business networking event from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Nov. 7 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh Airport, 8402 University Blvd. Cost: $30. Midland -- The Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center Student Company will open the 2013-14 subscription series with "Emma" at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and Nov. 1 and 2 in the Studio Theater.
