Carnegie

Albert Ervin, 44, whose last known address was in the 400 block of Diamond Alley, was charged June 13 with aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person following a domestic incident on Diamond Alley.

Karen Iorio, 44, and Michael A. Jones, 56, both of the 900 block of Chartiers Street, were charged June 11 with maintaining a disorderly location after police received repeated calls concerning domestic disputes.

Collier

After the car he was operating nearly struck a uniformed officer who was directing traffic on Thoms Run Road, Robert Miller, 38, of Old Oakdale Road, South Fayette, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

James Stowers, 46, of Republic Street, Mt. Washington, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol after the car he was operating struck another vehicle at the Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant, Washington Pike, on May 16.

Selen Ciftcioglu , 23, of Oakville Drive, Green Tree, was charged May 24 with driving under the influence at the Pittsburgh Bottle Shop Cafe, Collier Town Square.

Police were called to Baldwin Road Extension where construction work is in progress on the Interstate 79 ramps, for a report of fire hydrant tampering. The same type of incident happened to a hydrant there on June 8.

On June 13, a woman shopper at Chartiers Valley Shopping Center reported that she had left her purse, containing $120 in cash, in a shopping cart. The wallet was turned in later, minus the money.

On Saturday, a wallet containing $60 was stolen from the console of a car parked at Chartiers Valley Shopping Center. A car window had been left open.

Ingram

Gerald V. Stein, 37, of Munhall, was cited Tuesday for public intoxication after a report was received of a man passed out at the rear of an address on Center Street.

Andre Davis, 19, and Pierre Harrison, 18, both of Pittsburgh, were charged with robbery, reckless endangerment and criminal conspiracy Sunday. They are accused of robbing a 17-year-old juvenile who was walking on Center Street near Leslie Street about midnight. Both suspects were taken to the county jail.

Christopher Bofo, 42, of Sheraden was charged with DUI and speeding on Ingram Avenue about 1:10 a.m. Saturday.

The Dollar Madness Store reported the theft Friday of about $18,000 worth of Instant PA Lottery Tickets.

A resident on Runnymede Street reported Friday that a window in his vehicle was broken out during the night.

A glass panel was broken out in the Port Authority bus shelter on Berry Street near Scotia Street last Thursday.

Items were taken from several vehicles during the night of June 13 that were parked on Sampson Avenue.

Robinson

Dillon Kindling, 21, of Kennedy, was charged June 9 with receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing police, reckless driving and driving under suspension after leading police on a chase that ended on Winter Drive. Police said he was driving a stolen automobile.

Paul Lavelle, 29, of East Liberty, was charged May 27 with theft and receiving stolen property in connection with the theft of $296 from a store in The Mall at Robinson where he formerly worked.

Scott

Following a traffic accident in the 2100 block of Greentree Road, Rick Kleen, 57, of the 800 block of Linda Drive, Brookline, was charged June 12 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Patrick Kistner, 24, of the 1100 block of Ridge Avenue, Coraopolis, was charged Friday with public drunkenness and loitering and prowling at night after a Thompson Street resident reported a man outside her rear window at 4 a.m.

Wayne Carelli, 22, of the 400 block of Milbeth Drive, Mt. Lebanon, was charged Friday with public drunkenness after police received a call about an intoxicated man at the Chartiers Terrace playground.

Dave Maupin, 18, of the 1300 block of Main Street, Bridgeville, was charged with public drunkenness after he was found sleeping in a van on Magazine Street.

Police have issued a warrant for Derrick Jermain, 25, whose current address is unknown, on charges of aggravated assault, criminal trespass, harassment and false imprisonment after his ex-girlfriend reported he forced his way into her residence in the 1800 block of Greentree Road, assaulted her and wouldn't allow her to leave.

Following a traffic stop in which he was a passenger, Jonathan Dudley, 20, of Third Avenue, Carnegie, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct for giving false information to police.

Tarell Gray, 26, of the 600 block of East Main Street, Carnegie, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct after an officer noticed him urinating in the Family Video parking lot, Washington Pike.

Michael Seligman, 37, of the 1700 block of Fallowfield Street, Beechview, was charged Sunday with retail theft at Wal-Mart. He was accused of trying to return a pair of boots that he took off a shelf and placed in a box that he had brought into the store.

South Fayette

Two incidents of spray-painted graffiti were reported Sunday. A home in the 700 block of McNary Street and a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu were sprayed between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. A 2007 Chevrolet pickup-up truck on Arlington Avenue was vandalized with silver and pink paint.
