Pittsburgh Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's help in finding a man wanted in connection with a 2008 homicide in Clairton.

The group is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of James "Garland" Watts, 48, who's been on the lam since he fatally shot Shawnta Lee, 40, on March 23, 2008, and injured her husband, police said.

He is described as a black man, 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 165 pounds. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 412-255-TIPS.
