Washington County -- The Washington County Department of Parks and Recreation will accept 2014 shelter reservations for Mingo Creek, Ten Mile Creek and Cross Creek County parks from Jan. 13 to 31 in person or by application through the mail at the Parks and Recreation Office, Room 705, Washington County Courthouse Square, 100 W. Beau St., Washington, PA 15301.
