Route 51 reopens after crash

Route 51 southbound has reopened after a tractor-trailer crash at about 11 a.m. today, police said.

The southbound truck crashed into a guard rail and was reported to be leaking fuel at Route 51 and Minotte Square, Allegheny County tweeted from its official account.

Traffic was detoured onto a Parkway West ramp.

It was not immediately clear whether anyone was injured.
