Two roads in Scott remain closed this afternoon past their initial estimated repair time and are expected to affect the evening rush today, according to PennDOT.

Greentree Road has been closed between Washington Pike and Lindsay Road since Wednesday afternoon, as has been Old Washington Pike between Greentree Road and Scrubgrass Road, Pennsylvania-American Water Co. spokeswoman Jo Posti said.

A 20-inch main ruptured around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday and flooded the intersection of Greentree Road and Old Washington Pike.

Service has been restored to the roughly 50 residential and commercial customers close to the break, Ms. Posti said.
