Youngsters in the City of Pittsburgh will trick or treat from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. next Thursday. Here is a roundup of suburban community trick-or-treating hours and a sampling of other spooky events:
• North suburbs, with parts of Butler County;
• South suburbs, including some Washington County communities;
• East suburbs,, including parts of Westmoreland County;
• West suburbs, including much of Beaver County.
