A Bridgeville man who Mt. Lebanon police say robbed two people at knifepoint and snatched a third woman's purse in 2010 has been arrested.

Zachary H. Gonze, 26, robbed two 64-year-olds at knifepoint after they visited ATMs in the Virginia Manors Shops on Cochran Road in Mt. Lebanon in September and October 2010, police said. During the second robbery, the victim sustained a superficial cut on his hand, police said.

Police say Mr. Gonze robbed a third person of her purse when she was walking on the sidewalk of the 600 block of Washington Road in October of the same year. She gave up a struggle for her purse when Mr. Gonze threatened that he had a knife, police said. She suffered minor abrasions on her hands and knees while falling during the altercation, police said.

Mr. Gonze has been charged with three counts of robbery.
