The same suspect robbed two Fayette County businesses on Friday evening and early Saturday morning, state police reported.

In the first robbery, the suspect entered the Dairy Queen restaurant, 575 W. Main St., South Union Township, at 6:13 p.m. Friday and handed an employee a note which read, "Give me all the money. I'm desperate," and then said he had a gun, according to police.

The employee handed him an undetermined amount of money and the suspect fled in a white 2009 Chevrolet Impala that had been reported stolen earlier that day.

At 3:30 a.m. Saturday, the same suspect entered the Exxon gasoline station on Route 51 in North Union Township and told an employee he had a gun and demanded money. The employee gave the robber about $80 and he fled in a white Chevrolet Impala.

The suspect was described as a middle-aged white man with brown hair and some facial hair. He was wearing a black ball cap, blue Echo Unlimited long-sleeve T-shirt, blue denim shorts, white socks, black sneakers and black sunglasses, state police said.
