Two Indiana County homes damaged in fire

Two homes in Indiana County were damaged after an early morning fire Tuesday.

The fire broke out at a home on the 400-block of South Seventh Street around 3 a.m., according to Post-Gazette news partner KDKA-TV.

The fire spread to a neighboring home. Seven people between the two houses escaped safely.

At 6:30 a.m. the fire was under control, fire officials said.
