Two men guilty in 2011 killing of Hazelwood teen

Two men were found guilty of murder today in the 2011 shooting of a Hazelwood man.

Jarod Cager, 22, and Terrel Noaks, 19, of the Hill District, were accused of killing Antwan Leake, 19, on Aug. 14, 2011, during a home invasion in Knoxville.

Mr. Cager was found guilty of first-degree murder, which carries a mandatory prison term of life without parole. Mr. Noaks was found guilty of third-degree murder, which carries a maximum penalty of 20 to 40 years.

Both men were found not guilty of conspiracy.

They will be sentenced by Allegheny County Common Pleas Judge Jill E. Rangos in about 90 days.
