Federal marshals arrested a Penn Hills man who had eluded authorities for more than four years when they found him today at a boarding house in Columbia, S.C.

Dorian Brentley, 48, had been on the lam since May 5, 2009, when police obtained a warrant to charge him with aggravated indecent assault of a person younger than 16. A few days later, officials obtained a bench warrant after he failed to appear at his trial on a separate drug case, according to a news release from the U.S. Marshals Service.

Marshals in the Pittsburgh office received a tip Wednesday that Mr. Brentley might be in South Carolina. Members of the South Carolina Fugitive Task Force found him today after they learned he was the manager of the boarding house. Mr. Brentley is awaiting extradition to Allegheny County.
