Parking is to be restricted along Boulevard of the Allies, Grant Street, Forbes Avenue, Stanwix Street, Liberty Avenue, 7th Street, Isabella Street, 6th Street, Fort Duquesne Boulevard, Wood Street and Commonwealth Place.
More than 40 Port Authority bus routes face detours in Downtown and the North Shore from approximately 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Bus routes that come from the North Side and West End will not enter Downtown. Those routes will terminate at Allegheny Station and riders should take the T from Downtown to transfer to their bus. The only exception is the 28X Airport Flyer, which will have one Downtown stop at Seventh Avenue and Smithfield Street for service to the airport. 28X will also serve Allegheny Station during the detour.
Other routes will have temporary stop changes Downtown. Riders should allow for extra time when traveling.
The walk is sponsored by the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the National MS Society.mobilehome - breaking - region
