Blind and Vision Rehabilitation Services of Pittsburgh is offering a new free program to teach computer skills to adults with impaired vision.

Designed for people who are 18 and older, who have a documented disability but don't have a job, the program will teach how to use web-based tools to search for a job; how to create resumes and cover letters, and how to navigate online forms and job applications. Participants also will receive tips on how to use the Internet for networking and how to prepare for job interviews.

The program is financed by a grant from the Highmark Local Workforce Initiative Fund. For more information, contact Diane Celidonia at 412-368-4400 ext. 2229 or dcelidonia@pghvis.org.
