Search still on for missing fashion designer, Pine-Richland alumnus James Ott

New York City police said today that they are still searching for the 31-year-old fashion designer and Pine-Richard High School graduate who went missing a week ago.

James "Jay" Ott was last seen by his friends in New York the evening of March 22 and was last spotted by a surveillance camera outside a bodega near his home in the McKibbin Lofts in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn just before 5 a.m. the next day.

Mr. Ott is about 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds, has light brown hair and blue eyes and usually wears glasses.

Anyone with information about him is asked to call Detective Thomas Pisano of the 90th Precinct Detective Squad at 1-718-963-5368, or email findjayott@gmail.com. Detective Pisano was not immediately available this afternoon.
