Police in Leetsdale and Ross are searching for a man and woman they say took credit cards from unlocked cars in the North Hills area.

Four unlocked cars were broken in to March 13 in the Perrysville area of Ross Township and another eight unlocked cars were entered in Leetsdale on March 21, Ross police Detective Brian Kohlhepp said in a press release.

Credit cards taken from those vehicles were used at Giant Eagle, 132 Ben Avon Heights Road; Walmart Supercenter on Route 19 in Cranberry; and a Bellevue BP station, he said.

"A total value of the thefts has not been determined," Detective Kohlhepp said.

Police obtained surveillance video of the same man and woman using the stolen credit cards. Detective Kohlhepp asks anyone who recognizes the people to call Leetsdale Police at 724-266-1380 or Ross Police at 412-931-9070.
