A 59-year-old tractor-trailer driver was killed in a crash on Interstate 80 this afternoon in Butler County, state police said.
Victor W. Darling, of West Middlesex, was driving a truck east at mile marker 43.8 near Emlenton when the truck ran off the road to the right. It crashed through a guard rail, went down an embankment and jack-knifed before striking a fence and a tree. Mr. Darling was pronounced dead at the scene.
