North Fayette supervisors voted 3-0 tonight to approve a $10.59 million budget for 2014 that holds the property tax rate at 3.29 mills.

As a result, the owner of a home assessed at $100,000 will continue to pay $329 a year in township real estate taxes.

Manager Bob Grimm said quarterly sewage bills will rise for the next three years to cover increases from the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority.

In 2014, the township sewage rate will increase by $2 per 1,000 gallons of water used, from $5.50 to $7.50, he said.
