Proposed budget holds no tax increase in Marshall

During their agenda-setting meeting last night, Marshall Manager Neil McFadden announced that millage will remain steady at 1.42 mills for the proposed 2014 budget.

Supervisors will consider the proposed $5.9 million budget on Nov. 11 for advertisement. The budget will likely be passed Dec. 9.
