Ambridge -- The Ambridge Historic District Economic Development Corp. will host an antique appraisal day March 23 for designated items at five Ambridge antique shops: glassware, 10 a.m. to noon, Akulina's Antiques, 260 13th St.; antique musical instruments, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Recycled Dreams, 317 14th St.; gold jewelry and silver coins, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Scary Earthworm, 834 Merchant St.; stoneware and crocks, 1 to 3 p.m., Good Intent Trading, 1216 Church St.; and primitives, 1 to 3 p.m., Tom's Country Store, 511 Merchant St. Cost: $5 for each item reviewed. HEALTH

Richland -- The Village at St. Barnabas, 5850 Meridian Road, will host a health fair called "Healthy Living -- Healthy Lifestyle" from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 22. HOLIDAY HAPPENINGS

Emsworth -- Emsworth United Presbyterian Church, 73 Hiland Ave., will host the One Voice Christian Vocal Ensemble, directed by David F. Pressau, in its 21st Lenten season concert at 2 p.m. Sunday.

Fox Chapel -- The Christ Church Fox Chapel, an Anglican Fellowship, 630 Squaw Run Road East, will conclude its Lenten series, dinner and lecture: "The Beauty and Testimony of Creation," on Wednesday. Zelienople -- The Presbyterian Women of Beaver-Butler Presbytery will open their Artisan Marketplace on Tuesday inside the Presbytery office, 134-B S. Main St. The marketplace will feature handcrafted fair trade gifts such as Divine Chocolate, hand-painted eggs, crosses, puzzles, scarves, coffees, jams and more. The store will be open during Presbytery hours, 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Volunteers will be available to assist shoppers from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. SALES

Cranberry -- Cranberry Community United Presbyterian Church, 2662 Rochester Road, will hold its annual 2nd Life Prom Dress Sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. New and slightly worn formal dresses will be sold for $20 each. Shoes, wraps/shawls, jewelry and purses/clutches will also be for sale. Dressing rooms will be on site, and seamstresses will be on hand to provide free consultations and minor alterations. Waiting room doors open at 8 a.m. in the upper level of the church.
