A 32-year-old woman whose body was found Saturday near her Wilkins home died of multiple stab wounds, according to a spokesman for the Allegheny County medical examiner.

The manner of Delicious Jones' death was ruled a homicide following an autopsy today.

A suspect in the killing was found Saturday in Wilkinsburg with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Allegheny County police Lt. Andrew Schurman said in a news release that the investigation by homicide detectives determined that William Arrington, 36, “was most likely responsible for the death of the victim.”

Mr. Arrington was found wounded at the residence of a family member, Lt. Schurman reported. He was in critical condition at a hospital.

Ms. Jones was reported missing at 12:30 a.m. Saturday. A search by Wilkins police resulted in the discovery of her body in a wooded area off of McMasters Avenue.
