A Somerset County judge today found a 22-year-old man guilty of sexually assaulting a teenage girl at Seven Springs Resort in 2011.

Common Pleas Judge D. Gregory Geary acquitted Anthony Joseph Raco of Johnstown of the three other charges in the case: involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault and unlawful restraint.

He is scheduled to be sentenced March 31. An attorney listed for him in online court records was not immediately available.

The then-16-year-old girl told police that she met Raco during a high school ski trip at the resort and at one point went with him to his car so that he could get his boots. He told her to sit in the car to stay warm and then drove her to a secluded parking lot. She told police he made repeated and unwanted sexual advances toward her.

She testified against him at the non-jury trial, according to Somerset County Clerk of Courts Rose Svonavec.
