Pittsburgh police are asking for help finding an armed man they say robbed a Mount Washington bank around 2:30 p.m. today.

Surveillance cameras at First Niagara Bank, 22 Shiloh St., captured images of the man believed to be in his mid-20s, city public safety spokeswoman Sonya Toler said. Police said the man is black and that he wore a white baseball cap, dark bandana over his face, and gray sweatpants, police said.

Ms. Toler said the man escaped with an undisclosed amount of money that contained a dye pack and fled in an older model, four-door gray vehicle.

No one was injured during the robbery, she said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Pittsburgh police robbery squad at 412-323-7151.
