Bad weather has forced PennDOT to extend the closure of the Corliss Tunnel to southbound West Carson Street traffic.

The closure, which began in early January, will continue around the clock through Feb. 28 as crews do underground electrical work. The detour is to continue south on West Carson to right turns on Steuben Street and Chartiers Avenue to reach Corliss Street.
