Pittsburgh police have obtained a warrant in connection with a fatal shooting last week at JR’s Bar in East Allegheny.

Wesley Richards, 34, of McKees Rocks, faces charges of homicide and carrying a firearm without a license in connection with the shooting Friday morning of Donald Lowry, 46, of Sheraden.

A witness told police that Richards fired at Lowry at least four times and ran out of the bar about 1 a.m.

Online court records show Richards pleaded guilty to a number of drug charges and once to gun violations.
