A Sheraden man on the Allegheny County sheriff's office most-wanted list has been arrested after deputies received an anonymous tip over the weekend.

Jonathan Lyons, 20, was charged with aggravated assault and firearms violations after police said they found him waving a pistol when officers checked a 911 shots-fired in March 2012, according to a sheriff's office press release sent this morning.

After multiple commands to drop the gun, Mr. Lyons finally laid it down and was arrested.

He was released from jail Oct. 15. He failed to appear at January hearing and was placed on the sheriff's office most-wanted website.

On Sunday evening, sheriff's deputies received the email tip, which said Mr. Lyons had been seen working on a vehicle in the alleyway behind Bergman Street in Sheraden.

Deputies went to a building in the 3100 block of Bergman the next morning and found Mr. Lyons sleeping in bed.

He was taken immediately into custody and taken to the Allegheny County Jail, where he will be held without bond.
