State police are looking for two people believed to have stolen a Salvation Army kettle Saturday from outside a Shop 'n Save in Point Marion Borough.

In a news release, police said the kettle, a stand and an undisclosed amount of money were taken after the "bell ringer" soliciting donations was relieved from her shift about 7 p.m. by a white woman in her late 20s or early 30s with dark hair, dark jacket and "neon fuzzy pants."

The woman was accompanied by a tall white man wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Anyone with information is asked to call the state police in Uniontown at 724-439-7111.
