Lots of enterprises are closed Monday for Veterans Day. So, if you're looking for something to do, a parade is set for Downtown at 10:30 a.m.

Several city routes are being detoured due to the Veterans Day parade, which is stepping off at Grant Street and Liberty Avenue, proceeding down Liberty to Stanwix Street and the Boulevard of the Allies, culminating at a reviewing stand in front of the Steelworkers building. The Port Authority of Allegheny County is running regular bus, T and incline services; however, the Downtown Service Center is closed.

Meanwhile, Pittsburgh, counties throughout the region, state and federal offices and courts are closed for Veterans Day. Traditional banks are closed, with some inside grocery store branches open. State liquor stores are open. Post offices are closed, with no pickup or delivery of regular mail.
