UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Penn State kicker Collin Wagner today was named Big Ten Conference special teams player of the week for the second time this season.

He kicked a pair of field goals and five extra points and helped seal the Nittany Lions' 41-31 victory over Michigan Saturday night with a 7-yard run off a fake field goal on a fourth-and-4 play late in the fourth quarter.

Wagner booted field goals of 32 and 42 yards against the Wolverines.

He has made at least at least one field goal in nine consecutive games, going 20 of 23 (86.9 percent) during that stretch.

Also today, the Big Ten announced Penn State's game at Ohio State Nov. 13 will kick off at 3:30 p.m. ABC will carry the game as a regional telecast, and ESPN will carry it outside ABC's coverage area.

More details in tomorrow's Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
