A sixth person died Tuesday at West Penn Hospital's burn unit of injuries from a West Virginia house fire last month.

Jennifer Chamberlain, 34, the mother of four children also killed by the Oct. 28 fire in Elkins, W.Va., died at 9:51 a.m., a supervisor with the Allegheny County medical examiner's office said.

The single surviving victim, Jeff Hyde, has been released from West Penn Hospital, Elkins fire Chief Tom Meader said.

The chief identified the other victims as Alan Chamberlain, 29; Catherine Bolgar, 11; Isabella Chamberlain, 4; Alanna Chamberlain, 2; and Brianna Chamberlain, 2.

The West Virginia fire marshal said the fire possibly started from a cigarette on the couch on the front porch, the chief said.
