RADical Days returns starting this week with free admission to everything from the Pittsburgh Zoo to Carnegie Science Center to Pittsburgh Opera to Heinz Field -- for a tour, not a game.

In all, there are 37 participating arts and culture organizations funded by the Allegheny Regional Asset District (RAD).

Among the new events in this eighth year are a Brown Bag Lunch with Pittsburgh Opera, workshops with City Theatre as part of the 10th Annual Young Playwrights Festival, tours and performances at the new August Wilson Center and an open rehearsal of "Our Town" by Prime Stage Theatre at the New Hazlett Theater.

For additional details, locations and restrictions, visit www.radworkshere.org and click on RADical Days in the "What's Happening" section.
