Pittsburgh Promise: Fireworks on Mt. Washington

The Place and Purpose: Pam and Ken McCrory hosted roughly 50 guests in their home on Mt. Washington on Saturday night to help bring awareness to the Pittsburgh Promise scholarship program, which awards students up to $40,000 towards their college education.

The Party: The reception included fireworks (courtesy of the Pittsburgh Pirates), jazz piano provided by Alec Chapman, a Promise Scholar and Duquesne University student who played to the crowd during dinner and dessert by Michael Lench Catering.

Dan Frankel and Debbie Frankel, Scott Lammie, Chuck and Jean Stout, Vitasta Bazaz with daughter, Sheen Sehgal, and Promise alumnae Ciera Wilson and Briana Smith.
