Birds of a Feather, Party Together: Roughly 1,000 partygoers flocked to the National Aviary on the North Side on Saturday night for a fire-themed tropical party, where guests enjoyed aerialists, fire performers, two live bird shows, complimentary massages, and #SEENselfies with birds of all kinds, from chubby penguins to colorful macaws.

It's For the Birds: "Tonight is about inspiring respect of nature through the celebration of birds," said Cheryl Tracy, managing director and chief operating officer. The aviary supports conservation efforts, as well as breeding and reintroduction programs of endangered species back into the wild. Added event chair Jane Dixon, "Each one of these birds has a different personality. They are so much fun to be around, it's amazing to be a part of this great cause."

#SEEN: Nadine Bognar, Rose Kutsenkow, Cynthia Bognar, Lou and Kathy Testoni, Sally Wiggin, Ryan Giblock, Sarah Damigh, Mark Jones, Alan and Cathy Caponi, Maris Bondi, Colin and Alicia Powell, Curtis and Lisa Sittler, Bob Bingham, Brian Henry and Lindsay Baxter, Gary Goodnight, Zuri Bryan, Errika and Mark Jones, Bever-leigh Wisdom, Michael Herald, Jordan Feucht, David and Julie Peart.
