When and Where: Giddy-up for the Wild Wild West-themed party, which raised $250,000 on Friday at the Mattress Factory on the North Side.
12 p.m.: The VIP party is in full swing at the private “saloon,” where co-chairs Sarah Thomas (in Michael Kors) and Dan Drawbaugh are #seen chatting with David Bush and Tim McVay who are dressed in “cowboy chic,” according to Ms. Thomas. “The Mattress Factory always throws such a great party, and Dan and I are so happy to support this amazing museum,” she adds.
01 p.m.: Dolly Parton impersonator Nicole St. George gets the party started with a crowd-pleasing performance while Lauren Salesi and Hayley Haldeman pose for a #SeenSelfie in their cowgirl boots. Then, it’s Johnny Cash’s turn to wow the crowd with favorites like “Ring of Fire” performed by Terry Lee Goffee, as the crowd sings along.
10 p.m.: The doors open, and guests quickly line up to ride the mechanical bull. #Seen: Anuj Dhanda takes his chances on the bull while Anne Nemer giggles and snaps photos on her phone to send to the kids.
56 p.m.: More than 1,300 partygoers dance the night away to the band Stampede in their best Western get-up, complete with lassos. Bob Sendall braves the heat in leather #SEENBestChaps, while others like Elias Sedillo and Patrick Stanislawczyk create their own, one-of-a-kind Wild West looks. “This is our favorite party every year,” said Mr. Stanislawcyzk. “The music is the best, and we love all the eccentric people who come together!”
11 p.m. #SEENhavingfun: Mattress Factory co-director Michael Olijnyk, Mayor Bill Peduto, Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald, John and Maria Zerrer, Heath Maksin and Guri Fekete, Councilman Dan Gilman, Richard Parsakian, Matthew Bartko, Brandon and Raina Mueller (in Free People), Bernie Kobosky and Lisa Cibik (in vintage Chanel) with daughter Ali, Brooke Slemons (in BCBG) and Josh Marks, Rachel Carlson, Aja Jones, Ashley Murphy (having fun in the photo booth), April Hubal, Chaz Gallo, Steve Schlick and Sharon Steele, Tara Rieland, Amy Morgan, Meri Knight and Colin Carrier, Karla Boos and Constantine Scoumis.
