An estimated 1,000 guests braved the snow on Sunday, March 2nd to support the 19th annual Empty Bowls at Rodef Shalom.

This yearly family-friendly benefit has helped Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank and Just Harvest: A Center for Action Against Hunger raise more than half a million dollars to fight hunger in our region.

Among those ladling out the soup were Tonia Caruso, Cara Saida, Rick Sebak, Sally Wiggin, Miss Pennsylvania Annie Rosellini and chefs Bill Fuller of Big Burrito and Keith Fuller of Root 174.
