FRIDAY, DOWNTOWN

Noon

• Pittsburgh Creche at the U.S. Steel Tower on Grant Street dedicated

4 p.m.

• CAPA Choir Ensemble, Market Square stage

• The Granati Brothers, Roberto Clemente Bridge

• Dinner at Storms Restaurant & Lounge, featuring happy-hour specials (5-7 p.m.), pictures with Mrs. Claus and an outdoor concession stand (6-7:30 p.m.) and karaoke (7:30-10:30 p.m.).

OTHER HOLIDAY HAPPENINGS

• Free Holly Trolley rides, Downtown: Saturdays 11 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sundays noon-5 p.m. through Dec. 19. Rides will start at noon on Nov. 20 and 27. Stops include: Heinz History Center, U.S. Steel Tower, Market Square, Fifth Avenue Place, One Oxford Centre, Toonseum and the Grand Pittsburgh Downtown hotel (the former Hilton). Trolley arrives at each stop about every 15 to 20 minutes, depending upon traffic.

• Horse-drawn carriage rides, Downtown: Saturdays through Dec. 18 at One Oxford Centre 11 a.m.-3 p.m. and at Market Square 4-8 p.m. Rides also will be available at Market Square this Sunday 4-8 p.m. and on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day 4-8 p.m.
