Food truck review: Evil Swine BBQ

Evil Swine BBQ took to the road in 2011 with an 18-foot concession trailer, looking to recreate a backyard Southern barbecue on Pennsylvania roadsides.

Faced with the choice of pulled pork and chicken sandwiches or nachos topped with a mountain of cheese, salsa, jalapenos and barbecue sauce, I went with the pulled pork. The barbecue sauce was tangy and sweet and the pork was cooked well and moistened by the cheese and sauce.

I also ordered a side of mac and cheese. I was a bit surprised by a tinge of heat but it was just enough, not overpowering.
