Last week's Tastings column on restaurant wine mark-ups, by Elizabeth Downer with Jack Brice, attracted a lot of feedback, from the Facebook comments on the story (at post-gazette.com/food) to the blogs. They are planning a follow-up for later this month.

Two corrections: One wine cited, 2006 Promesa Rioja Crianza, should have been Promesa Rioja Reserva with a store price $19.99, not $12.51. The J. Lohr Cabernet Sauvignon store price should have been $16.99 (now on sale for $14.99), not $9.62. Another wine, Kenwood Chardonnay 2010, is no longer available, but was when the authors did their research.
