Consumers hoping to consistently find out how many calories are in that burger and fries may have to wait — again.
Sichuan Gourmet on Atwood Street in Oakland was hit with a consumer alert Friday by the Allegheny County Health Department after an inspection uncovered nearly two dozen food safety violations.
Problems cited on the inspection report included holding food at unsafe temperatures, inadequate sanitization, poor personal hygiene, rat droppings on storage shelves, and lack of a certified food protection manager.
Inspection reports for Sichuan Gourmet and other food facilities in the county are available online at www.achd.net.
