Consumers hoping to consistently find out how many calories are in that burger and fries may have to wait — again.
Chef Kevin Sousa has sold his ownership stake in Garfield’s Salt of the Earth to co-owners Doug and Liza Cruze in order to pursue other professional pursuits, including Braddock’s Superior Motors.
Chef de cuisine Chad Townsend will take over as executive chef, and Melissa Horst will remain as general manager.
Launched in September 2010, Salt was a joint collaboration between Mr. Sousa and the Cruzes, architects who designed the Penn Avenue restaurant.
