I saw the news about people getting fined in Pittsburgh for parking in their own driveways. Shame on whoever has this logic. It's things like this that make people leave Pittsburgh.
Why would I ever want to live there? Not only are taxes too high, but it also is constantly under construction. The streets are a mess year-round in more ways than one, damaging cars and causing accidents. You can't find a parking place, and when you do, it costs an arm and a leg (possibly literally -- by the time you reach your destination they might fall off from having to walk so far).
I don't understand why "Pittsburgh Pharisees" are so bent on making up so many rules and running everyone out of town. No one should have to put up with this sort of constant financial harassment .
