At least in the Trayvon Martin-George Zimmerman case, "stand your ground" was not the issue before the court. The issue was self-defense. Right or wrong, only two people were there and only one lived to tell his story. That said, I believe the underlying issue is, and will always be, gun control, which should be at the forefront of any and all debates on this subject.
Shootings seem to happen daily here in Pittsburgh. Put your anger where it belongs. Evil, malicious and mentally ill people shouldn't have easy access to guns. Actually, without a background check, nobody should.
