Ms. Presley's practice is focused on the representation of employers in employment-related litigation before administrative agencies and courts on both the state and federal levels. In addition, she is experienced in drafting various employment agreements including non-competes and severance agreements. She received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law.
Thomas T. Frampton of Goehring, Rutter & Boehm was named a 2013 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer. Mr. Frampton, a former trial judge of 10 years, advocates for clients on behalf of financial institutions, natural gas and oil producers, as well as regional and national nursing homes and assisted-living operations. He also serves as a mediator and arbitrator, focusing on commercial and business disputes, medical malpractice and other professional negligence.
Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP said Matthew Lasek joined as an associate in its real estate and lending, construction law and litigation, and corporate and business law groups. He handles an array of real estate and construction matters, including those involving mortgage lending and securitization, property acquisition and sales, and corporate governance. Mr. Lasek received his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School.
