Dickie McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. said that J. Lawson Johnston and Scott D. Clements have re-joined the firm. Mr. Johnston and Mr. Clements, who had left the firm three years ago as part of a group that started a new law firm, are returning to the firm where they both spent the majority of their legal career.

Mr. Johnston concentrates his practice in the areas of transportation law, workers' compensation and commercial law and litigation, with specific emphasis in railroad litigation and occupational disease, and earned his J.D. at Duquesne University School of Law. Mr. Clements concentrates his practice in the areas of transportation law, insurance law and litigation and commercial law and litigation, with a particular emphasis in railroad litigation. He earned his J.D. at the University of Notre Dame.

Houston Harbaugh, P.C announced that Nathan A. Kostelnik has joined as an associate in the firm's corporate practice. Mr. Kostelnik focuses his practice in the areas of general corporate law, commercial transactions, uniform commercial code and intellectual property. Previously, he was an associate at Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He received his law degree from University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor of the Law Review, and received the Law School Trial Advocacy Award.

Eleven attorneys at Rothman Gordon P.C. have been named Pennsylvania Super Lawyers for 2013, and three attorneys have been named Rising Stars. Super Lawyers include Paul R. Yagelski, bankruptcy; R. Douglas (Doug) DeNardo, James W. Ummer and K. Sidney (Casey) Neuman, estate and probate; Thomas R. Solomich, real estate; Shelley W. Elovitz and John W. Amy P. Tardiff joined Tucker Arensberg as an associate in the firm's business and finance department. She will assist with corporate compliance, entity formation, and financial transactions as well as being part of the Financial Services practice area. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Tardiff worked for Material in Motion, Menlo Worldwide Logistics, and J.S. McCarthy Printers.
