The Law Offices of Ira Weiss said James P. McGraw has joined its firm. Mr. McGraw previously worked in the civil litigation practice of Laffey & Associates, where he focused on commercial and health insurance and ERISA litigation. Mr. McGraw worked under Commonwealth Couty Judge Bernard L. McGinley while attending law school at Duquesne University, where he earned his law degree.

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP said Colleen Aracri has joined the firm as an associate in the litigation department. She will practice in the firm's Pittsburgh office. Ms. Aracri previously practiced at the Pittsburgh office of Wayman, Irvin & McAuley, LLC. Her practice focuses on general commercial litigation, including real estate, toxic tort and products liability litigation. She earned her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law.

John J. Richardson of Goehring, Rutter & Boehm was named to the Downtown PNC YMCA board of managers. Mr. Richardson is a member its litigation group, practicing in a variety of matters that involve claims of strict product liability, negligence, breach of contract, breach of warranty, violations of consumer protection statutes, and professional negligence and legal malpractice.

In addition, the following Goehring, Rutter & Boehm attorneys were named to the 2013 edition of The Best Lawyers in America: Lea E. Anderson, collaborative law, family law and estates and trusts litigation; Patrick J. Clair, municipal and school law; Daniel F. Gramc, real estate law; Charles M. Means, municipal law; and Stacey F. Vernallis, defense of product liability litigation.

Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP said Megan Harmon has been recognized as one of the region's most influential women by The National Diversity Council. Ms. Harmon was honored at a recent conference focusing on diversity and leadership and the creation of a culture of inclusion among businesses.

Ms. Harmon is a partner in the firm's business services department, co-chair of the environmental practice group, co-chair of the energy practice group and co-chair of the Sustainability and Environmental Services Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in business counseling, transactions, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; project development; finance; and other employer-related issues, representing family businesses and both publicly and privately held organizations.

Grogan Graffam, P.C. announced that shareholders Vincent J. Grogan, Dennis A. Watson and Bethann R. Lloyd were selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2013. Mr. Grogan was also selected the Best Lawyers' 2013 Pittsburgh Real Estate Litigation "Lawyer of the Year." Mr. Watson has been president of Grogan Graffam since 1998 and a shareholder in the litigation practice group since 1983, while Ms. Lloyd is a shareholder in the litigation practice group and a member of its board of directors. All three received law degrees from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Leech Tishman said the following partner-level attorneys were chosen to be included in the 2013 edition of The Best Lawyers in America: Sally Griffith Cimini, Pete A. Fuscaldo, Charles Kelly, David W. Lampl and Wesley Yang.

Ms. Cimini was recognized in the employment law (management) and mediation, labor and employment (management) categories. She serves as chair of the firm's alternative dispute resolution and employment practice groups, and is a member of its management committee. Mr. Fuscaldo was included in the tax law category, and is managing partner and serves on the firm's management committee and is a member of its corporate, taxation and construction practice groups.

Mr. Kelly, recognized in the IP litigation category, is chair of the firm's litigation practice group, and regularly litigates cases in federal, state and bankruptcy courts. Mr. Lampl is recognized in the bankruptcy and creditor-debtor rights law (insolvency and reorganization) category. He serves on its management committee and is member of its bankruptcy and creditors' rights practice group. And Mr. Yang, recognized in the tax law category, is chair of the firm's taxation practice group.
