Catherine Ndereba blows away the women's world record with a time of 2:18:47 in last October's Chicago Marathon. Race organizers offered her a male runner to set a fast early pace. She refused, but Robert Johnson ran nearby, making sure none of the male runners got in her way. Next photo.
