Pitt point guard James Robinson was selected to the Team USA Under-19 national team and will compete in the FIBA world championships in Prague later this week.

Robinson, who replaced Syracuse forward Jerami Grant (mononucleosis) on the roster, will join the team in time for its first game Thursday against Ivory Coast.

This is Robinson's second stint on Team USA. He was on the Under-18 squad a year ago that won FIBA Americas championship in Brazil. Robinson had been among the final cuts for the U-19 team earlier this month.
