Coldwell Banker Real Estate has announced that Kristan Garboski and Allyson Fritz, both of the Peters office, received top awards from the Washington-Greene Association of Realtors annual banquet on Dec. 10 at the Valley Brook Country Club.
Garboski was sworn in as secretary of the association for 2004 and was honored with the Realtor of the Year award. She has been a licensed agent since 1984 and has the CRS, GRI and SRES designations.
Fritz received the outstanding service ward. She has the Graduate of the Realtors Institute designation and is a multimillion-dollar producer.
RE/MAX North has announced a new hire and an agent returning to the office.
Debra Schatzel-Professori has rejoined the office. She is a consistent top producer and a member of the 100 Percent Club. Sharon Silk is a new agent. She will work in Allegheny, Butler and Beaver counties.
Hanna Holdings Inc. has announced a combined volume of $709.1 million for Howard Hanna and Smythe, Cramer Co. during the month of November.
The leading office was New Homes North, headed by Vice President Dave Progar and Director of Sales and Training Carole Wilczek, with a collective volume of $16.6 million, followed by Fox Chapel, managed by Vice President Cathy Winghart, with $16.5 million, and Mt. Lebanon, managed by Vice President Ruth Foltz, with nearly $14 million.
Barbara Pfendler, Fox Chapel, led in sales volume with $3.2 million, followed by Darra Eberle, Treesdale, with $3.1 million and Roz Neiman, Shadyside, with $2.1 million. Patricia Wright, Washington, was first in units sold with 12, followed by Sally Loftus, Erie East, with 10, and Barbara Pfendler, Fox Chapel, Angie Peluso and Karen Hutman, Beaver, Deborah Kane, East Suburban, Janet Landfried, Greenville, Raelyn Marberger, New Castle, and Wally Brown, Erie Airport, all with eight.
Roz Neiman, Shadyside, was No. 1 in listing volume with $3.3 million, followed by Neal Farkas, Commercial, with $2.7 million, and Janet Landfried, Greenville, with $1.8 million. Gary Fisher, Liberty, led in units listed with 12, followed by Janet Landfried, Greenville, with 11, and Amy Zucco, Shenango Valley, with nine.
Howard Hanna Financial reports that Chuck Spirer led in closed mortgage volume with nearly $2 million, and Vicki Vento led in written volume with $2.4 million.
Keller Williams' North Pittsburgh Office has announced its production leaders for November.
Arlene Guastella led in listing production and listing units, followed in each category by John Fidrocki and Mike Netzel.
Guastella was also No. 1 in sales production, followed by Netzel and Jim and Lorraine Easton. Netzel was the leader in sales units, followed by Guastella and Dean Marsh.
Barb Baker and Bob Main of Prudential Preferred Realty's Route 19 South office led the company in sales, new construction listings and new construction listings sold for the month of November.
Judy Mortimer and Chuck Swidzinski, Butler, were tops in residential listings and Scott Ludwick, Greensburg, led in residential listings sold. The top loan originator for Pennsylvania Preferred Mortgage Corp. was Sue Klose.
Howard Hanna has hired several new sales agents:
Christi Short of Penn Hills has joined the Monroeville office. She previously worked as a market manager for Mellon Bank and was a vice president and manager at Citizens Bank. She has a bachelor's degree and master's degree in business administration.
Kathleen Kaiser of Wexford has joined the Franklin Park office. She previously worked for US Airways, first as a flight attendant, then as a flight attendant supervisor and flight attendant manager. She studied at LaRoche College and received her employee assistant counselor license from Carlow College.
Nancy Steck of Moon has joined the West Suburban office in Moon. She previously worked in the Suburban General Hospital administration office.
Sharon Wilhelm of West Mifflin has joined the South Hills office after working as a teller at Iron & Glass Bank for the past eight years.
Carol Flinn, an agent in Prudential Preferred Realty's Cranberry office, recently earned the designation of Accredited Staging Professional. She successfully completed a course and exam on preparing homes for sale.
Work has begun on Riverwatch at O'Hara Woods, a plan of 22 single-family homes starting at $300,000. The homes will be built on two cul-de-sac streets, some abutting a wooded area and all with views of the Allegheny River. Amenities include open kitchens and family rooms, master suites, attached two-car garages and walk-out basements. Homes are to be completed by the end of next summer.
