For the sixth consecutive year, Lisa Dowling, an agent with Northwood Realty Services' Airport office, has earned membership in the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Par Excellence Club. An accredited buyers agent, Dowling also was recognized by Northwood last year with Board of Governors honors, given annually to agents who top $2 million in closed sales.



Edward Stadnik Jr. of Allison Park has joined the Keller Williams North office. He is a member of the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh.



Gloria Corsini-Pollock, manager of the Butler office of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Inc., recently finished 72 hours of education and passed two tests to receive her Florida broker's license.



Hanna Holdings Inc., the parent company of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, reports a collective volume of $811.7 million for April.

The Shadyside office, managed by Senior Vice President Bill Aiken, had a collective volume of $26.9 million, followed by the Mt. Lebanon office, managed by Vice President Ruth Foltz, with $25 million, and the Fox Chapel office, managed by Vice President Cathy Winghart, with $24.6 million.

Ken Walker, Harrisburg West, led the company in sales volume with $6.2 million, followed by Darra Eberle, Treesdale, with $3.8 million, and Darlene Hunter, New Homes South, with $3.6 million. Bob Fox, West Suburban, led the company in units sold with 21 units, followed by Deborah Kane, East Suburban, with 20 1/2, and Renee Gatian, Morgantown, with 14.

Ken Walker, Harrisburg West, led the company in listing volume with $5.7 million, followed by Roz Neiman, Shadyside, with $3.3 million, and Dory Korber, Murrysville, with $3.2 million. Renee Gatian, Morgantown, led the company in units listed with 18, followed by Janet Landfried, Greenville, with 14, and Pam Hrabosky, Shenango Valley, with 10.

Howard Hanna Financial reports that Vicki Vento led the company in closed mortgage volume with $4.6 million and Chuck Spirer led in written volume with $5.7 million.



Meryl Hellring, a sales associate from the Route 19/Galleria office of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Inc., has earned the Accredited Staging Professional Designation. Hellring completed a two-day training program that teaches techniques and concepts to prepare a home for sale.



Northwood Realty Services has hired several new sales agents.

Joining the McCandless office are Kelly Kuzemchak, James Schade and Catherine Gallagher. Kuzemchak, a McCandless resident, is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. Schade and Gallagher both come to Northwood with previous real estate experience from other companies, Schade with Coldwell-Banker and Gallagher with Howard Hanna.



Coldwell Banker Real Estate Inc. has added new sales associates to area offices.

In the east, Renee Mohler of Murrysville has joined the Monroeville office. Mohler has six years of real estate experience and is licensed in three states. She is a member of the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh.

In the west, Mandy L. Hitt of Moon has joined the Airport/West Regional office. She became a certified technician for Lucent Technologies through Avaya University.

Three new sales associates have joined the Shadyside office. Virginia Flaherty-Cornyn of Shadyside graduated magna cum laude from Robert Morris University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Stephen Lange of Squirrel Hill formerly worked at Harry Davis Real Estate, where he specialized in sales and auctions. He received a bachelor's degree from Penn State University and has received several broker's license credits from Duquesne University. Catherine McConnell of Highland Park received a bachelor's degree in fine arts and a degree in photography from Rochester Institute of Technology.



Vicki Vento, a loan originator with Howard Hanna's Fox Chapel office, recently won the 2002 Superstar Award, given to an originator who has earned the Platinum award, with more than $22 million in volume, for five consecutive years.

Other Platinum recipients were: C. Peter Bauer, Shadyside and Squirrel Hill offices; Roger LePage, Franklin Park and North Hills; Chuck Spirer, Mt. Lebanon and Upper St. Clair.

Gold recipients: Sarah Buck, Erie South, Erie Southwest, Erie East and Edinboro; JoEllen Foy, Sewickley; Wanita Kraus, West Suburban; James Porro, Allison Park and Butler; Ted Steiner, New Homes North and North Suburban; Debbie Waldron, Murrysville and Norwin; Rick Watson, Allegheny Valley and Apollo.

Silver recipient: Denise Baker, Poland, Columbiana and Canfield, Ohio.

Bronze recipients: Maureen DiFeo, Shenango Valley and Greenville; Dean Ely, South Hills and Green Tree; Jim Houpt, Greensburg; A.J. Lynd, New Castle and Grove City; Fran Mifsud, Erie West, Erie East and North East.
